ABOUT

ABOUT

The management of Mesa believes that the work-over market is highly concentrated in several large companies, who provide less than the personalized service that so many oil & gas operators require.  Mesa’s management and crews will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

We understand that we have been given the responsibility to work on the operator’s well at his direction, wells often worth millions of dollars.  This is a responsibility we do not take lightly.  We will work prudently and safely to carry out the directions of the operator.  We are there to offer advice and be a member of the team in solving problems and maximizing the value of the operator’s property.  We inspect, maintain, and upgrade our equipment to ensure superior performance and safety.  We are driven in our efforts to improve performance.

In addition, Mesa provides a close personal relationship between the company and its crews.  We strive to make each employee a member of the team.  We believe that the success of the company starts with the crews and their well-being.  We value the crew’s ability to contribute to problem solving, whether it is a down-hole problem, rig problem, or safety issue.  Therefore our crews receive regular incentives for safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

SAFETY

The safety of our employees and contractors along with the integrity and security of our equipment is of overriding importance to us.

We exercise an ongoing commitment with education, training, technology advancements, management involvement and support, and a company-wide culture of safety.
